Job Description

• Point of contact for processing sales orders, credit claims, and return requests.

• Verify stock availability and pricing, escalating any supply or pricing issues as needed.

• Liaise with retail, freight, other 3rd party service provides.

• High volume date entry

Experiences & Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Full working rights in Australia.
