THE POSITION

Our Customer Service Representative is a member of our wider Customer Service (CS) team that provides timely and accurate support to our customers by managing enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries across internal teams and suppliers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting key performance indicators such as DIFOT and order accuracy. 

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

  • Interpret customer requirements and provide accurate advice on product availability and pricing.

  • Manage Vehicle-Off-Road (VOR) and time-sensitive orders to meet customer expectations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and global suppliers to resolve issues and ensure seamless order fulfilment.

  • Monitor and maintain performance against KPIs, recommending process improvements where appropriate.

THE PERSON

This role will appeal to customer service specialists who are passionate in providing an exceptional customer experience to internal/external stakeholders with a strong focus on issue resolution and seeing a job through to completion. 

To be considered for this role, you would bring:

  • 3+ years of customer support experience (essential), ideally within heavy industry.

  • The ability to interpret customer enquiries and provide solutions.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively and autonomously.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Intuitive and problem-solving ability.

  • Good computer literacy with high attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with heavy truck or trailer industry (preferred).
