We are looking for a Reception / Customer Service team member who enjoys helping clients, takes pride in being organised, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Customer service is at the centre of everything we do, supported by our in-house design and production teams.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll assist our customers with their day-to-day signage needs and help keep orders moving smoothly through our system.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with placing signage orders online
Helping track and manage orders through production
Coordinating with our design and production teams
Managing urgent requests and day-to-day enquiries
Communicating with real estate agents, marketing teams, and reception staff
The role suits someone who enjoys being organised, solving small problems quickly, and helping clients get what they need.
About YouExperience in customer service, reception, administration, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Apple Mac systems
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
