We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our growing team at our Campbellfield and Braybrook offices.
Our company specialises in the manufacture and installation of custom wardrobes across Melbourne, and due to continued growth we are expanding our customer service teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive a smooth and professional experience from initial enquiry through to installation.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Customer Service Team, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of customer enquiries, orders and installations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and showroom visits
• Managing sales and website enquiries
• Coordinating appointments for sales consultants and installation teams
• Processing new orders and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing invoices and assisting with accounts receivable tasks
• Allocating received payments and assisting with first-level debt collection
• Providing customers with product information and explaining the sales and installation process
• Liaising with customers, installers, manufacturing staff and management
• Supporting general office administration and daily operations
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, administration or sales support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident and professional phone manner
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• A positive team attitude with a can-do approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience using CRM or order management systems is advantageous
