Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking experienced Customer Service & Admin professionals to join their high-performing team in a busy contact centre-style environment. Based in Scoresby, this role supports essential service delivery across the broader supply chain and health network.

This is a casual ongoing opportunity with full-time hours, suited to individuals who excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and bring a strong mix of communication skills, tech proficiency, and a commitment to customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound enquiries (approx. 40–50 calls/day)

  • Manage and action service tickets using CRM and ticketing systems

  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure timely system updates

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure issue resolution and service continuity

  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards

About You:
  • Minimum 6 years of customer service experience, ideally in the healthcare or supply chain sector

  • Customer service experience from any industry sector will be considered for this position

  • Customer service experience from any industry sector is acceptable

  • Proven ability to consistently deliver outstanding service in high-pressure settings

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening

  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate+)

  • Excel skills must include proficiency in basic formulas and chart creation

  • Excel proficiency must include basic formulas and chart creation

  • Familiarity with ERP systems like JD Edwards, SAP, Business Central, or Oracle is highly regarded

  • Confident using VoIP systems, email platforms, and live chat tools for customer communication

  • Exposure to analytics tools or internal reporting platforms is a plus

  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills
