Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking experienced Customer Service & Admin professionals to join their high-performing team in a busy contact centre-style environment. Based in Scoresby, this role supports essential service delivery across the broader supply chain and health network.
This is a casual ongoing opportunity with full-time hours, suited to individuals who excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and bring a strong mix of communication skills, tech proficiency, and a commitment to customer care.
Key Responsibilities:Handle high-volume inbound enquiries (approx. 40–50 calls/day)
Manage and action service tickets using CRM and ticketing systems
Perform accurate data entry and ensure timely system updates
Liaise with internal departments to ensure issue resolution and service continuity
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
Minimum 6 years of customer service experience, ideally in the healthcare or supply chain sector
Customer service experience from any industry sector will be considered for this position
Customer service experience from any industry sector is acceptable
Proven ability to consistently deliver outstanding service in high-pressure settings
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate+)
Excel skills must include proficiency in basic formulas and chart creation

Familiarity with ERP systems like JD Edwards, SAP, Business Central, or Oracle is highly regarded
Confident using VoIP systems, email platforms, and live chat tools for customer communication
Exposure to analytics tools or internal reporting platforms is a plus

$33.70 per hour + Superannuation
