About the role

This is an excellent part-time opportunity to join the dynamic team at Cardiac Defibrillators as a Sales - Outbound Call & Customer Service representative. Based in our Malvern East VIC 3145 office, you will play a key role in engaging with customers and driving sales growth for our leading medical devices.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our range of cardiac defibrillators

• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer enquiries and orders

• Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and processes

• Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to drive business growth

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and close sales

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data management

• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to business success

• Flexibility to work part-time hours as required
