About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic Medical Customer Service Officer to join our Dandenong branch. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
  • Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.
  • Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally.
  • Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information.
  • Ensure precise setup of new customer accounts.
  • Process credit card payments as needed.
  • Provide support to Operations and Sales teams.
  • Engage in web chat support.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes.
  • Familiarity with Pronto software is highly advantageous.
  • Possess a professional and friendly telephone manner, as the role primarily involves telephone-based communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
