About the Role
This is a full-time, Braeside HQ-based role reporting to the Administration Manager. You’ll be a front-line problem solver - managing customer enquiries, resolving escalations and ensuring every interaction reflects our standards.

You’ll be motivated to hit targets, detail-focused in your work and driven to deliver remarkable service. We want you to be unique, memorable and genuinely awesome in the way you show up for customers and your team.
Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday cover (weekday off in lieu).
