As a result of sustained market growth, we're seeking a customer service representative to support customers with order processing and front line customer service via email and phone.

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you'll help drive our daily operations and keep our internal processes running smoothly. You’ll find constant opportunities for professional growth and to level up your career as we evolve our product line and lead the way in the rapidly advancing Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

•        Triaging customer enquiries and provide high-level customer service, this may include, but not limited to, providing technical support or providing quotations on our products.

•        Communicating with both customers and vendors regarding pre and post-sales inquiries

•        Providing Quotations for parts of the product range

•        Assist the Operations Team with inbound and outbound logistics process including sales order management, order fulfilment and dispatch

•        Assist Product Managers in maintaining our Product Brand Portfolio information on our ERP (Genomics, Proteomics & Cellular) 

•        Assist with service support

What You'll Bring

•        Scientific credentials OR experience: BSc qualification in biological sciences OR 3years + experience in a similar role in the scientific field. 

•        Exceptional communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate with customers and vendors and build rapport, whether it be written or verbal communication. 

•        Microsoft Experience: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 

•        Personal attributes: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, confident, and engaging professional presence, as well as have the ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills.
