About the RoleYou’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Your role is to manage enquiries, process orders accurately, resolve issues, and support our digital platforms including mysutton and Salesforce. You’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be DoingRespond to customer enquiries across multiple channels
Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Manage e‑commerce tasks including mysutton and website data
Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
Handle complaints and identify opportunities to improve processes
Maintain customer records and account data in Salesforce
Promote digital adoption and support marketing activities
Manage social media cases and follow up promotions
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
Customer‑centric mindset and strong problem‑solving skills
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
Confidence in handling objections and demonstrating product value
