Customer Experience Representative

Sutton Tools is a leading Australian manufacturer known for quality, innovation and exceptional service. We’re growing our Customer Experience team and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys helping customers get the support they need - quickly, professionally and with a focus on first‑contact resolution.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Your role is to manage enquiries, process orders accurately, resolve issues, and support our digital platforms including mysutton and Salesforce. You’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels

  • Resolve issues professionally and efficiently

  • Manage e‑commerce tasks including mysutton and website data

  • Process orders accurately and in a timely manner

  • Handle complaints and identify opportunities to improve processes

  • Maintain customer records and account data in Salesforce

  • Promote digital adoption and support marketing activities

  • Manage social media cases and follow up promotions

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
