We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Truganina, Western Suburbs, Melbourne. About The Role: Permanent 38 hours per week: We are currently seeking an energetic, innovative and passionate Customer Service professional to join our team in Truganina. You will be responsible for providing a high level of quality service to both internal and external customers. This role would suit a friendly individual who likes to dot their i’s and cross their t’s. Your Duties Will Include: Relaying seasonal information to customers regarding availability and supplyUpdating customers on order and distribution constraintsProcessing orders in a timely and efficient mannerLiaising with freight companiesManaging consignment stock and working closely with the accounts teamBuilding strong relationships with customersUpdating data in our CRM system. About You We are looking for someone with: Previous customer service and administration experience in a wholesale environment with demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyDeveloped customer service skills with a professional and approachable phone mannerProven written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailCompetent in using the MS office suite (particularly excel) as well as a variety of databasesExperience in Navision platforms (or similar large ERP systems) would be looked upon favourably but not essentialStrong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to learn complex information quicklyExperience in dealing with freight companies would be beneficial.
