Efficiently manage customer orders, dispatch, and inbound goods in a dynamic, team-focused environment! Motion operates across the Asia Pacific—including NZ, Australia, Indonesia, and Singapore—providing industrial products and engineering service to keep the world moving! As a Customer Service & Despatch Coordinator at our South Dandenong facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately packed, dispatched on time, and inbound goods are inspected and processed efficiently. You will coordinate with couriers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service standards What Your Day To Day Looks Like Pack and dispatch components according to customer ordersCoordinate with couriers for timely dispatch and receipt of goodsInspect goods for quality and allocate stock appropriatelyOccasional delivery to our customers.Maintain accurate customer and order information using CRM and ERP systems (Zoho, MYOB)Assist sales team with overflow calls and data entry as neededComply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental policies Who are you?
