About The Opportunity

As a Service Co-Ordinator, you’ll manage and maintain after-sales service and support while coordinating field operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and scheduling service, warranty, and installation jobs

• Liaising with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Accurately processing sales orders and customer payments

• Handling incoming service and warranty calls/emails

• Managing and updating the daily service schedule

• Entering service data and preparing job quotes

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems

• Knowledge of automotive equipment or servicing (desirable)

• Familiarity with Melbourne and surrounding suburbs (advantageous)
