As Centre Manager at Community Kids Haven Hillside, you’ll lead a passionate team delivering high-quality, play-based learning while driving operational excellence and centre growth.

The Role

• Lead the overall operations, performance, and culture of a high-performing early learning centre.
• Mentor and empower educators to deliver exceptional care aligned with EYLF and NQS.
• Drive occupancy, financial performance, and continuous quality improvement.
• Build strong relationships with families, the community, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with National Regulations and champion the Centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.

What You’ll Bring

• ACECQA-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in early childhood education, including at least 2 years in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in improving occupancy, financial performance, and team engagement outcomes.
• Strong working knowledge of National Regulations, NQS, EYLF, and Victorian frameworks.
• Proven capability in budget management, rostering, and operational compliance.
• Current Working with Children Check and all mandatory certifications (First Aid HLTAID012, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety Supervisor).
