The Opportunity
  
A hospitality group offering long-term career progression across both hospitality and retail, with opportunities spanning venue and store operations through to food production.

The venue operates from early morning through to evening trade, seven days a week. With a strong local following from surrounding businesses, retail shoppers, and the wider community, the venue enjoys consistent trade throughout the week.

In this role, you will support the Bar Manager in leading bar service for a small team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, cocktails, and a range of alcoholic beverages, while helping ensure smooth and efficient service.

The owners are highly engaged in the business and value a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. They are looking for like-minded leaders who are passionate about maintaining high service standards while creating a relaxed and welcoming customer environment.

The Candidate

  • A minimum of 1 years Bartender, Team Leader or Barista experience is essential, preferably within casual or premium dining 
  • Confident in latte art and high-volume coffee production
  • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
  • Friendly, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
  • A leader who is agile, customer centric, and possesses excellent stakeholder management skills
