About The Role
As the Outbound Team Leader, you will lead an outbound sales function with a clear focus on driving revenue growth through effective people leadership, strong client partnerships, and well‑executed campaign strategies.
Your Role Is Built Around Three Core Pillars
Client Relationship
Act as a key operational contact for the account, building strong and trusted client relationshipsEnsure outbound campaigns are delivered in line with client objectives, brand standards and compliance requirementsProvide regular performance updates, insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
Team Management
Lead, coach and motivate a team of Outbound Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targetsManage day‑to‑day team performance, including KPIs, quality, productivity and engagementFoster a high‑performance, sales‑driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
Campaign Strategy & Reporting
Design, implement and optimise outbound sales campaign strategies to drive conversion and revenue growthAnalyse campaign performance, sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvementDevelop action plans to address gaps in performance and maximise campaign effectivenessTrack, report and communicate campaign results, insights and recommendations clearly and accuratelyCollaborate with internal teams to refine scripts, offers, targeting and sales approaches
About You
Proven experience leading an outbound or contact centre sales teamStrong sales background with a track record of driving resultsExperience in campaign management, sales strategy or performance reportingConfident communicator with the ability to influence both teams and stakeholders
