About the role

Caterpillar Kidz ELC is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our exceptional early learning centre in Reservoir, Victoria. As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programs. This is a full-time role based in our Reservoir location.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing strong leadership and management to a dedicated team of early childhood educators

2. Overseeing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the centre's educational programs and curriculum

3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and quality standards

4. Managing the centre's operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation

5. Building and maintaining positive relationships with families, the local community and other stakeholders

6. Championing the centre's values and contributing to the overall success of the organisation

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role within the early childhood education and care sector

2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, or a related field

3. Thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework, regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

5. Strong business acumen and financial management capabilities

6. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of early childhood educators

7. Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering exceptional childcare
