Customer Service Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, responding to a range of enquiries, and supporting the sales and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails promptly.

• Respond to face-to-face enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, availability, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with sales and technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

• Escalate technical issues to relevant departments for resolution.

• Assist with order picking and packing, ensuring items are packed securely for shipment and labelled correctly.

• Receive goods in the warehouse and support with unloading and moving boxes (up to 18kg).

About You:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• A proactive team player with attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.

• Physically able to lift/move boxes up to 18kg.

• Ideally have had experience in locksmithing and/or builder hardware.
