An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, organised and hands-on customer care professional to join a highly respected global brand. Hayward Pool Products (Australia) Pty Ltd is one of the world's largest and most established suppliers of swimming pool and spa equipment, recognised for innovation, reliability and outstanding customer support — and one of the fastest-growing suppliers in Australia.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Care & Warehouse Support team member to join our Operations team and play a key role in supporting customers, technical services and branch operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service while supporting multiple areas of the business.

In this diverse and hands-on position, you will support daily operations across customer service, technical support, administration and warehouse coordination. You'll work closely with the Customer Care Manager, Technical Services team and internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate and professional support at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Customer Service

· Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries from customers and internal teams

· Receive and process customer orders, enquiries, payments and credit requests

· Monitor backorders and proactively communicate delays and alternative solutions

· Maintain accurate customer records and identify sales opportunities

· Book and coordinate transport for local and interstate deliveries

· Prepare dispatch, invoicing, stock receipt and returned goods documentation

· Participate in stock takes, customer events, trade shows and national conferences as required

Technical Support

· Support the Technical Services team with warranty and repair administration

· Maintain accurate records within the designated warranty database

· Assist with managing inbound warranty and quotable repairs

· Liaise with service agents to ensure work is completed within required timeframes

· Approve local warranty claims within company guidelines

· Provide internal and external technical sales support to assist customer retention and growth

· Participate in dealer and staff training as required

Branch & Warehouse Support – as needed

· Willingness to complete training and progressively learn warehouse duties as part of the role if no prior experience.

· Assist with picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders when required

· Coordinate freight bookings and support loading/unloading of deliveries

· Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods

Workplace Safety

· Actively participate in WHS initiatives and toolbox meetings

· Follow safe work practices and report hazards or WHS breaches

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service, operations or support role

· Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach

· Ability to multitask, problem-solve and work effectively in a busy environment

· Competency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems

· Warehouse or logistics experience (desirable, not essential)

· Forklift licence (desirable), or willingness to complete training if required

· A willingness to learn technical product knowledge over time

· A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when required
