Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and motivated Customer Service / Operations Support Officer to join our team, based out of our head office in Mount Waverley.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of support to the Burson store network for general and IT related issues

• Primary contact for external customer support and complaints

• Ensure systems, communications and administrative processes run efficiently

• Managing sponsorship requests, warranty queries and account issues

• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials

• Maintaining and adhering to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance

Your Skills and Experience

•  Able to work in a driven and diverse team environment

• Customer service focused with strong time management abilities and attention to detail

• Confident ability to multi-task and work autonomously

• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy

• Strong technological capabilities and experience in dealing with software providers and other suppliers
