✅ About us

First things first, we are a team of 30 at Chris Barnard Health (Or more commonly known as CBH!) located in Malvern East. We work exclusively with Aged Care Facilities and Home Care Clients to support their staffing needs of healthcare workers (think Nurses, Personal carers, cleaners and so on) 

 
✅ About the position

This is a very fast paced, high volume position (Healthcare is very busy!) At the same time, you will build fantastic relationships with both our staff members as well as the clients from the Healthcare facilities you speak to on a regular basis. You will be ensuring you are entering the information you are receiving, correctly and have excellent communication skills. We provide full training and ongoing for this position so don't worry, you won't be thrown into the deep end!  
 
✅ Duties include but are not limited to.

• Answer calls and provide prompt service to our clients and employees. 
• Data entry and allocate shifts according to staff availability in an accurate and timely manner.
• Employee care calls and general administration tasks.

What we are looking for

• A good working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
