The Role

ATS Building Products has a permanent full-time vacancy open for a Customer Service Representative based in Braeside. You will be responsible for driving sales while upholding the ATS professionalism that we are known for. The role is available for an immediate start for the right person.

Key responsibilities include:

• Attend to the front desk and assist customers with orders and pricing inquiries.

• Prepare quotations as required

• Follow-up and convert quotes to orders

• Obtain referrals to develop new customers

• Cross sell complimentary products

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role

• Proven track record selling to carpenters, builders or form workers

• Highly developed customer service skills
