We are now seeking a Sales Person who loves talking and will share our vision and passion for transforming the window covering industry. If you want to be a part of this exciting new way of selling and contribute to our expansion, we encourage you to get in touch with us.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming and making outgoing calls to warm leads

  • Applying effective sales techniques to assess customers' needs and preferences

  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to establish and maintain a positive relationship (minimum of 3 hours of phone talk time per day)

  • Creating and monitoring a sales pipeline on our CRM system

  • Providing phone quotes and closing sales deals over the phone

The Ideal Candidate
  • Confident, quick-witted with no fear of talking over the phone & no fear of following up customers on a regular basis

  • Is not deterred by customer rejection

  • Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs

  • Ability to use our CRM system and other web-based applications

  • Well-organised, well-spoken, and friendly

  • Having a good memory is paramount for this success
