Perception Windows is an aluminum window and door company specializing in manufacturing, supply, and install for both apartment and residential projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Service Coordinator to support our Service Manager with daily service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate service and maintenance jobs

• Schedule technicians and organize site visits

• Manage incoming service requests

• Liaise with builders, site managers, and residents

• Maintain service records and follow up outstanding items

• Assist with ordering parts and materials

About You

• Experience in service coordination, administration, or construction industry preferred

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
