About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, Daikin Australia is seeking a permanent full time Customer Service Officer to manage an assigned customer portfolio. This includes processing orders and addressing enquiries related to the allocation and delivery of Daikin products.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and entering sales order details into the SAP system.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely delivery orders.
  • Entering and actioning changes to customer orders.
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive customer relationships.

This role offers flexibility with the choice of either an 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift, Monday to Friday. You will receive ongoing training, on the job support, and continuous development opportunities.


An immediate start is available for the right candidate.


About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Confidence in communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Previous experience in administration and/or a customer focused role (preferred but not essential).
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience using Outlook, Salesforce and/or SAP (advantageous but not required).
