Customer Service/Cashier

About the Role

• Location: Knox Shopping Centre
• Job type: Part time/Casual
• Occupation: Asian fast food Customer Service

Duties will include:

• Manage front-of-house duties, including greeting customers, taking orders, and operating the POS
• Coordinate daily store opening prep and customer flow during service
• Assist with stock management, ordering, and product display
• Help maintain cleanliness and ensure a high standard of customer service

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in the food & beverage industry (front-of-house or supervisory experience preferred)
• Good English communication skills, able to interact fluently with customers
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability; suitable for long-term development
• Willingness to learn and grow into a management role
• Strong teamwork spirit; able to work closely with supervisors and team members

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.55 – $34.67 per hour
