Schmick Scratch and Dent Assist is a membership program for repairs of minor scratches and dents on our members vehicles.
We are seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, friendly customer service officers to join the customer service team in our modern offices in Mulgrave.
You will be part of a supportive, fun, professional team that supports you with your growth and development.
About the role:
· Contacting customers to schedule bookings for repairs
· To support our technicians by coordinating schedules and maintaining calendars
· Ensuring clear communication of changes to both customers and technicians
· Resolving customer escalations by providing solutions and alternatives within set time limits
· Managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls
What we are looking for:
· Two candidates in our scheduling team.
· You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer satisfaction.
· You can work well as part of a team
Skills and experience:
· Excellent communication skills
· Good computer skills
· The desire to work with people engage in verbal and written interactions over email and phone
· A strong focus on customer satisfaction
· Solid and proven problem-solving ability
· High attention to detail
· Organisational skills and ability to multi-task
· Experience in a customer service role advantageous but not essential
· Fluency in English is a must
