The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Mitcham office. You'll support our Sales Team and play a key role in ensuring customers receive outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries (phone, email, online)

• Prepare quotes, invoices and process orders/payments

• Coordinate with Sales, Production and freight companies

• Maintain accurate client records and manage workflow

• Assist with logistics to ensure on-time delivery

• Provide product support and recommendations (training provided)

About You:

• Strong communication and people skills – love helping customers

• High attention to detail and excellent organisation

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel (ERP experience an advantage)

• Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities

• Previous customer service/admin experience (in manufacturing, is a bonus)

• Keen to learn about acoustics and soundproofing
