We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our North Coburg branch. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Vehicle Delivery & Paperwork
Deliver vehicles to clients and complete all required documentation accurately.
Client Interaction
Liaise with clients, explain our terms and conditions, and ensure they provide the necessary documentation.
Vehicle Presentation
Assist with car washing as part of maintaining vehicle standards.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
A valid driver's license and confidence in driving (all vehicles are automatic).
A full driver's licence is required for this position.
Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written, with strong attention to detail when handling paperwork.
A confident and professional personality with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Punctuality, honesty, and a hands-on attitude.
A proactive approach and willingness to be involved in various tasks.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, standard 8-hour shifts
Occasional weekend work as required
