The OpportunityOur Customer Service Officers are often the first point of contact for patients. They help guide people who are reaching out to us for the first time, answer questions, and make sure patients feel comfortable and informed about their next steps.
You will be speaking with both new and existing patients, helping them understand their options and supporting them in booking appointments that suit their needs.
This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing thoughtful and helpful service.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Engagement
Connect with patients to understand their needs and concerns
Manage and track new patient enquiries through our CRM from sources such as our website, social media and marketing campaigns
Ensure all enquiries are responded to quickly and appropriately
Provide clear information to help patients move forward with booking an appointment
Follow up with enquiries to maintain engagement and support patients through their decision process
Collaboration
Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience
Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding enquiry quality and sources
Contribute to improving internal processes and patient communication
