Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Greeting customers and maintaining a professional, well-presented showroom

• Preparing and following up on quotes for heating, cooling, and ventilation products

• Managing and processing customer orders efficiently

• Maintaining accurate records and customer databases

• Working towards daily branch goals and KPIs

• Supporting warehouse operations when needed

• Ensuring a safe and positive workplace environment

What are we looking for?

• Experience in customer service or retail.

• HVAC or trade background (advantageous but not required).

• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
