What Your Day Will Look Like

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner

  • Processing orders and providing updates on deliveries

  • Assisting customers with product information and troubleshooting

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry

  • Perform all major administrative functions

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer service experience (manufacturing experience an advantage)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on problem-solving

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong ability to empathise and provide a positive customer experience

  • A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
