We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team based in our National Head Office located in Keysborough.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our customers continue to receive the highly professional level of customer service they are accustomed to. This role requires a hands-on approach working with your team to achieve successful outcomes.
Previous experience in the management of a customer service team within the building products supply industry is considered essential.
You will have excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills with the ability to build positive relationships with your team, customers and all internal departments. You will be proactive and have a solution-based approach to be able to handle customer enquiries/issues professionally and efficiently.
