We have partnered with a well-established global hardware business to find an organised Customer Service Professional for their HQ based in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
This is a key role within the team supporting the sales team, coordinating orders and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.

The Role
Working closely with the team, you’ll be the central link between customers, sales, warehouse and internal teams making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders, coordinate schedules and manage delivery timelines
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure order accuracy
Manage customer enquiries, feedback and follow-ups in a timely manner
Liaise with warehouse, procurement and QA to keep orders on track
Prepare quotations and follow up on outcomes
Assist in managing customer projects and tracking progress
Monitor customer payments and support Accounts Receivable
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality compliance
