Hidden Official is a fast growing premium fashion brand built for modest women. We ship daily, launch new collections monthly and have a community that genuinely loves what we do.

We're looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Warehouse and Customer Service Coordinator to join our small but growing team in Tullamarine. This is a hands-on role at the operational heart of the business - if you like being busy, keeping things tidy and knowing your work matters, this is for you.

About the role

You'll manage the day-to-day running of our warehouse and be the first point of contact for customer enquiries. You'll make sure orders go out accurately and on time, stock is tracked and maintained, and customers receive warm, timely, on-brand responses.

You'll be on the ground in Tullamarine daily.

What you'll be doing

  • Picking and packing daily orders accurately and efficiently, and preparing them for dispatch.

  • Receiving and counting incoming bulk stock deliveries, cross-referencing against packing slips and restocking shelves and packing stations.

  • Conducting regular stock takes and updating quantities accordingly.

  • Organising and maintaining the warehouse layout, reconfiguring shelving as new collections arrive and managing packing supplies inventory.

  • Managing all carrier service accounts and resolving dispatch and tracking queries.

  • Managing customer service emails — responding to enquiries, processing returns.

  • Flagging damaged or defective stock to the Director as it is identified.


About you

  • You're reliable, punctual and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.

  • You have a strong attention to detail.

  • You're a confident written communicator with a warm and professional tone. Customer service is half this role and the way you respond to customers reflects the brand.

  • You're comfortable learning and working across digital tools.

  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday, based in Tullamarine.

  • This role involves physical work including lifting, picking and packing.

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or e-commerce customer service environment is desirable. Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a bonus.
