We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable and experienced Transport Customer Service Representative to join a busy logistics operation based in Truganina.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Providing updates on deliveries and transport schedules

  • Monitoring shipments using GPS tracking systems

  • Logging and managing requests through internal ticketing system

  • Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

About You:

  • MUST have experience in transport and distribution

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails

  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • A proactive and team-focused attitude
