Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues.

• Lead, mentor, and support junior technicians.

• Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and upgrades to industry standards.

• Conduct detailed inspections and produce accurate service reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a technical or trade-based role.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• High-level knowledge of relevant tools, systems, and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, or schematics.

• Relevant trade qualification, certifications, or licences (industry-specific). Resolve issues efficiently.

• Hold a current driver’s licence

• Experience working in an active team environment
