Recom Electrical & Equipment Services is a national organisation that offers an extensive range of services to retail clients such as Woolworths, Kmart, Bunnings and Coles to name a few.

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our existing team to lead our service coordinators in delivering front line reactive electrical services to multiple customers. 

We are seeking applicants who present well, enjoy client interaction and who are reliable, committed and motivated to provide excellent service.

Your role will include the following on a daily basis

- Prioritising high priority jobs and overseeing the coordinating of attendance.

- Maintaining accurate notes and reminders.

- Answering incoming calls and Emails

- Liaising with subcontractors and technicians to ensure work orders are completed on time.

- Ensuring all paperwork is completed/received/sent.

-Creating jobs and quotes in Simpro

To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes

- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise work

- Excellent communication skills

- The ability to think and react quickly with strong attention to detail.

- Professional and confident communication manner.  

- The ability to work in a busy team environment as well as the skills to work autonomously.

- Have the confidence in asking questions and escalating for support when needed

- The ability to multitask with high volume data entry
