About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our small customer service team.

This role is all about helping customers — answering calls, responding to emails, assisting with orders and deliveries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering customer calls and emails in a helpful, professional way

• Supporting customers when issues arise and helping resolve them

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Learn and build knowledge of our product range over time

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in good customer service

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Good attention to detail, particularly with order entry and customer information

• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks

• Experience with Shippit, Australia Post, or Couriers Please is helpful, but not essential
