At Australian Motoring Services, we help thousands of Australians every day when things don’t go to plan. Whether it’s a vehicle breakdown, roadside emergency, collision, or mobility issue, our team is there to provide support, reassurance, and practical solutions when customers need them most.

We’re looking for casual Customer Service Consultants to join our Customer Operations team in Noble Park.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll support customers across a range of well-known automotive and mobility brands. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working as part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll:

·       Assist customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and roadside incidents

·       Coordinate roadside assistance and recovery services

·       Support customers following vehicle collisions

·       Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic customer service

·       Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy

·       Solve problems and deliver positive customer outcomes


No two days are the same, and you’ll play an important role in helping customers through unexpected situations.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for people who are customer-focused, resilient, and confident communicators.

You’ll have:

·       Previous customer service experience

·       Strong communication and active listening skills

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Proficient computer literacy and navigating multiple systems

·       Strong problem-solving abilities

·       The ability to remain calm under pressure

·       A positive attitude and team-focused approach

·       Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and outside standard business hours

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, emergency services, or other customer facing environments will be highly regarded.
