Our Operations Support team is growing, and we have a key opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our National Operations team based in Springvale. This important role supports our national product and service delivery by coordinating mechanical services, repairs, and product support for customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Coordinate preventative maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and scheduled inspections
  • Prepare and convert service and repair quotations, including parts interpretation and labour estimation
  • Provide regular, proactive updates to customers on the status of their repairs and quotations
  • Follow up and negotiate positive outcomes that drive maintenance and service growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a customer-focused, maintenance scheduling or service coordination role
  • Background in a dealership or similar environment is advantageous
  • Strong decision-making and prioritisation skills to deliver excellent customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong administrative skills
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
