As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a relationship-focused role where your ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and create long-term partnerships will be key to your success.

You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to further support and grow our customers' businesses. The role involves regular customer visits, maintaining strong communication, and becoming a trusted point of contact for your accounts.

This position will involve some travel throughout Metro & Regional Victoria

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings.

  • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales.

  • Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and account activity.

  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

About You

Previous experience in account management, customer relationship management, sales, client services, trade-related industries, or similar customer-facing roles will be highly regarded.

A current driver's licence is essential.
