Job description:

We're looking for an experienced Scheduler who can confidently juggle competing priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment, working onsite as part of a collaborative team. Based at our Head Office in Hallam, you'll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling our technicians in a role where every day brings something different.

You'll play an essential role in making sure our technicians are fully prepared to access sites and consistently deliver high-quality service to our customers on time and as efficiently as possible.

Position Overview

This role involves close collaboration with customers, Technicians, and Field Managers, requiring the development of strong professional relationships to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact within the Service team for customer enquiries.
  • Communicate with Technicians to coordinate work requirements and schedules.
  • Liaise with customers regarding site expectations and job timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order entry.
  • Develop, implement, and update monthly Preventative Maintenance plans.
  • Ensure all Technician inductions remain current and compliant.
  • Provide customers with updates on service delivery, progress, and completion reports via customer portals.

What we require

  • Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, organise, and oversee service delivery.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

What we prefer

  • Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or ServiceMax) will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated scheduling experience, along with exposure to a range of customer portals, is preferred.
