We have a permanent part‑time employment opportunity, working from 10am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Ideal for anyone looking to work around school drop off and pick up times or for anyone who enjoys working shorter days.
What will you be doing?
- Answer incoming calls and manage service booking requests
- Process bookings in our job management system (SalesForce)
- Manage customer enquiries relating to bookings, warranties, and product issues
- Provide updates to customers on their booking status
- Escalate customer complaints to relevant department for prompt resolution
Do you have the following skills and experience?
- Strong customer focus and the ability to remain calm
- Patience and understanding from a customer’s viewpoint
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Call centre experience or other relevant customer service background
