As part of our continued growth and operational improvements, we’ve introduced an Operations Support function within our Customer Support and Returns area.

This role sits within Customer Support and Returns and is responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of orders, returns, and customer-related transactions.

We work with leading global IT and AV brands including HP, Panasonic, Samsung, NVIDIA, Synology, BenQ and Sony, supplying products to some of Australia’s most well-known businesses.

About the role

You will be part of the Operations Support team, handling a mix of administrative and operational tasks across customer orders and returns processing.

This is a fast-paced role that requires accuracy, confidence, and the ability to think on your feet. You’ll be expected to make decisions, solve problems as they come up, and keep things moving without constant direction.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing sales orders, backorders, credits, and supplier returns (RMA)

  • Managing returns workflows, including coordinating shipments of faulty or warranty items

  • Communicating with vendors and customers regarding return requests, claims, and issues

  • Monitoring order and return status to ensure timelines are met

  • Liaising with freight carriers for tracking updates, delays, and problem resolution

  • Maintaining accurate data and system records across orders and returns

  • Managing returned stock and ensuring correct handling and documentation

  • Supporting reporting on outstanding returns and operational workloads

  • Supporting day-to-day workflows across Customer Support and Returns

  • Assisting the warehouse team when required

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or administration

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Confident making decisions and taking ownership of tasks

  • Able to identify issues and resolve them without constant direction

  • Good time management with the ability to prioritise and stay on top of multiple tasks

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

  • Experience in a distributor, reseller, or retail environment (preferred)
