• Confident IT skills across Microsoft Office. (LISEC Software not essential but advantageous)

Tasks & responsibilities

• General office duties

• Processing accurate order/quotation for customers and account managers

• Answering incoming calls and customer inquiries

• Liaising with customers regarding orders via telephone/email

• Liaising with our sales team and production team regarding orders

• Receiving payments (cash, eftpos / credit cards)

• Manage customer enquiries received via phone, email or face-to-face
