We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of jobs, technicians and subcontractors across a busy service environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from start to finish, while supporting the wider team with efficient scheduling, administration and communication.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and schedule service jobs across multiple portfolios
• Liaise with clients, technicians and subcontractors daily
• Provide updates on job progress, scheduling changes and completion timeframes
• Monitor active works and ensure jobs are progressing efficiently
• Follow up quotes, approvals and variations
• Ensure all job documentation and system updates are completed accurately
• Assist with maintaining service standards, compliance and workflow efficiency

About You

You may come from a background in service coordination, trades administration, facilities management or customer service.

What matters most is your ability to stay organised, communicate confidently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
