We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our Estimating/Customer Service team. This role is vital to our success.

You will be a member of a supportive team with ongoing training and exposure to a variety of opportunities to support your development.

The role will involve various activities such as:

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email & showroom

• Estimating and Quoting

• Entering orders

• Data Entry

• General Clerical Duties

Skills & Attributes needed

• Building Industry knowledge is an advantage but not essential

• Experience reading house plans, door schedules and technical drawings is an advantage but not essential

• A thirst to learn and a proactive nature

• Willing to participate in factory training to help improve product knowledge

• "Can do" attitude

• Excellent communication

• Problem solving and good decision making

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Understanding and appreciation of deadlines and time management

• Comfortable and professional telephone manner

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

 Working Hours:  7.30 am - 4.00 pm
