Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our growing team, supporting large format printers and cutting equipment across Australia and the Pacific Islands. Based out of our branch in Cheltenham, VIC.

About Us

We are an Australian family-owned and operated supplier to the sign, display, print and graphics industries. With over 30 years of experience, we provide a wide range of printing equipment, cutting machinery, software, and technical services.

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will:

  • Install and commission large-format printers, cutting equipment and software

  • Perform preventative maintenance and servicing

  • Diagnose and repair breakdowns

  • Provide technical support both onsite, remote login and phone support

  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance

  • Work closely with our experienced service team and suppliers

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous printing experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Current driver's licence and passport

  • Willingness to travel throughout Australia when required and occasionally to the Pacific Islands
