We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time permanent basis in Braeside.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience. You’ll manage enquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide essential administrative support to ensure our clients receive the service and equipment they need.

This is a fast-paced, varied role that suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email

  • Manage shared inboxes and respond promptly to enquiries

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales representatives and service technicians

  • Process orders and prepare customer quotes

  • Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or sales support

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident and professional phone manner

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • A positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
